Experience:
10-12 years in relevant field. (At least 4-5 years as Sales Manager Position in Dhaka).
The applicants must have experience in the following area Sales of FMCG Products, Managing Legal and compliance issues with distributors.
Good communication & presentation skill. Well conversant with MS Office.
Problem solving & analytical ability. Ready to work under pressure.
Monitor and supervise distributor/dealer, Wholesalers, Retailers and departmental stores to achieve the goal.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plan and monitored properly to achieve the sales target.
Scheming and executing strategic Sales, Marketing, and Promotional proposal.
Accomplishing development and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Responsible for primary lifting & secondary sales.
Ensure sales distribution. Merchandising, Display works which are carried out company`s objects.
Forecasting for the future based on market analysis and reporting to supervisor as per.
Prepare weekly & daily visit plan and visit customers accordingly and submit visit report to supervisor and build up data base.
Dispute management, and capable of overseeing necessary legal & compliance issues with dealer, distributors/agents. Credit collection and take necessary action to realize the receivables (as per requirements).
Market price monitoring, analysis of competitor`s price and suggest to finalize the best price for selling Products.
