Responsibilities & Context:
To achieve monthly sales target.
To appoint new dealer and develop existing dealers.
Always remain in close contact with the core dealers, wholesalers, retailers and customers.
To follow up clients through phone call and visit markets daily as per route plan.
To send daily visit and sales reports to line manager.
To support the task of other sales & marketing team member.
To analyze market trends, pricing and competitor activities.
To recover market credits and ensure proper credit management.
To manage the team efficiently.
To build up relationship with retailers and dealers.
To monitor own and team’s daily performance.
To find out new potential Sales Market in your area.
To make presentation to the potential retailers and customers.
Manage existing and new potential dealers and distributors by sales visit, using face to face contact to provide a service.
Perform duties that are beyond the scope of the job description given above.
Perform any other services assign by the head of department.
