Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Professional Certification: CA (CC) - At least Advance Level Qualified

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the overall financial management including forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments and feasibility of future projects etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial and operational goals.
∎ Required to Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, Materials and Product costing and financial forecasts including monthly and annual reports.
∎ Develop and implement a strategy to ensure efficient and effective fund and working capital management throughout the year.
∎ Liaison and networking with external stakeholders I, e. Bank/Financial Institutes/ Regulatory Bodies and External Auditors.
∎ Monitor the day-to-day financial and accounting operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
∎ Manage employees who are responsible for financial reporting and budgeting including financial department employees, financial assistants and accountants.
∎ Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the senior leadership and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
∎ Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding Financial Reporting, Budget and Budgetary Control, Conducting Statutory or Special Audit, Corporate Tax and VAT Issues, and Internal Control System.
∎ Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management (Product costing) in alignment with strategic plan, in some extend in collaborations with sister concerns.
∎ Managing the financial reporting for the company. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5-year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting
∎ Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
∎ Providing sound financial support and insights to make critical business decisions for management.
∎ Managing and overseeing the VAT and Taxation affairs of the organization and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice
∎ Managing hedging and foreign currencies (if relevant)
∎ Managing and overseeing the company's financial systems
∎ Investment appraisal and analysis
∎ Regularly check and control all registers, Books & records and ready for presentation to the management.
∎ Ensure that legal and all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure that the organization's financial records and record keeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
