Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation with a focus on Accounting/Finance/any related subject from any reputed university.
∎ Having attachment with CA/CMA/ACCA is preferable.
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Tally Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process backlog bills of All Department and forward to office authority.
∎ Prepare all kinds of voucher & Handling office petty cash.
∎ Prepare monthly Receipts and Payments Statement.
∎ Collection of bill or vouchers from various suppliers and take necessary approval from competent authority and submit bills to HOD.
∎ Facilitate smooth functioning of work among factory, head office and supplier/service provider by making correspondence among them.
∎ Follow up supplier payment.
∎ Process fund requisition of Regular expense.
∎ Help After Sales Department for preparing monthly expenditure budget.
∎ Obtain Budget approval for various capex and track and monitor the expenditures against approval budget.
∎ Keep track of all capex and generate monthly report - Supplier wise, vendor/contractor wise.
∎ Any other role as assigned by the Supervisor / Management.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
Salary: Negotiable
