∎ Institution: BUET/RUET/CUET/KUET/ any Public University will be preferable

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of manpower, productivity, quality control, and administrative measures as established and set for the operations.
∎ Experienced in High-rise Building Construction.
∎ Responsible for overall construction Management and supervision of the projects.
∎ Keeping overall inventory within the limit set by top management.
∎ Provide organizational leadership to the development and implementation.
∎ SOPs across all key operational areas.
∎ Storing of finished goods in an organized way and distribution to the different clients on time.
∎ Develop, lead and implement production plan align with organizational goal.
∎ Building a 'Continuous improvement' agenda for the Plant's Operations.
∎ Liaison with the Planning, Maintenance, Design, and other related departments.
∎ Innovate, improvise, formulate and implement new concepts, techniques, methods and standard operating procedures in production and operation management to achieve better quality and productivity.
∎ Ensure total quality management (TQM) in production and operations process to meet the requirements of top management and external auditors.
∎ Ensure smooth inventories, stores and supply chain management at every stage of Operation.
∎ Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.
∎ Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines and standards by which the Company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated and then Identify opportunities for improvement
∎ Work closely with management to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
∎ Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
∎ Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
∎ Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
