Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities: Deliver High-Quality Training: Conduct offline and online training sessions on graphic design.
∎ Design Course Content: Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises that align with industry standards and trends.
∎ Provide Hands-On Guidance: Mentor students on real-world projects and assignments to help them apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
∎ Assess Student Progress: Evaluate student work, provide constructive feedback, and guide them in improving their design skills.
∎ Incorporate Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the training remains relevant and cutting-edge.
∎ Organize Workshops and Competitions: Lead additional workshops, seminars, or competitions to enhance learning and foster a collaborative environment.
∎ Support Career Readiness: Guide students in building professional portfolios, preparing for job interviews, and understanding the demands of the graphic design industry.
∎ Collaborate with the Eshikhon Team: Work closely with management to align training programs with organizational goals and ensure high-quality delivery.
∎ Handle In-House Graphic Design Projects: Design and create promotional materials, social media content, banners, brochures, and other visual assets for Eshikhon’s marketing and branding needs.
∎ Maintain Project Deadlines: Ensure all in-house design projects are completed on time and meet brand and quality standards.
