Responsibilities & Context:
∎ প্রতিদিন অফিস খোলা ও বন্ধ করা।
∎ এমপ্লয়িদের জন্য চা, কফি এবং স্ন্যাকস প্রস্তুত করা।
∎ প্রাথমিক প্রশাসনিক কাজগুলোতে সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
∎ অফিস সাপ্লাইসমূহ রাখা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় আইটেম পুনরায় অর্ডার করা।
∎ দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রমের সুষ্ঠ পরিচালনা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
∎ ম্যানেজমেন্টের নির্দেশে অন্যান্য কাজগুলো সম্পন্ন করা।
∎ প্রতিদিন অফিস খোলা ও বন্ধ করা।
