Requirements:

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Experience: 3+ years in SEO, digital marketing, and public speaking
∎ Skills: Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, social media, content strategy, and email marketing.
∎ Communication: Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills
∎ Preferred: Certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot) and fluency in Bangla and

∎ Training & Mentorship: Conduct high-quality training in SEO, digital marketing, social media, Google Ads, etc.
∎ Public Speaking: Represent eShikhon in engaging webinars, seminars, and workshops.
∎ Curriculum Development: Collaborate to create and update course content to meet industry trends.
∎ Student Support: Offer career guidance, answer queries, and enhance student confidence.
∎ Digital Marketing Strategy: Contribute to marketing strategies to boost engagement and awareness.
∎ Performance Tracking: Monitor student progress and improve learning outcomes.
