Responsibilities & Context: Job Context:
We are seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As the frontliners of our sales and enrollment department, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students toward the right course and helping them begin their learning journey with eShikhon. This role blends counseling with direct sales to achieve monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively communicate with prospective students via phone, social media (Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp), and in-person visits to understand their learning needs and offer suitable course recommendations.
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective counseling and persuasive communication.
- Follow up regularly with leads to nurture interest and drive course enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and report performance to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to stay updated on course offerings, fees, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
- Help onboard new students by ensuring smooth payment and enrollment processes.
- Represent eShikhon at events, fairs, and workshops when required.
