Responsibilities & Context:
· Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
· To visitors and callers, provide information about eShikhon’s courses, services, and policies.
· Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally, transferring them to the appropriate individuals.
· Respond promptly to emails, inquiries, and messages, providing accurate information.
· Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
· Maintain records, documents, and other administrative tasks as required.
· Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant teams for quality improvement.
