Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement overall sales strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
∎ Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement through team performance.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the entire sales team (channel, direct, and corporate sales).
∎ Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular training and development programs.
∎ Build a results-driven culture while maintaining high team morale.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department.
∎ Manage and optimize sales processes, pipelines, lead conversions, and CRM usage.
∎ Collaborate with Marketing to generate high-quality leads and branding efforts.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and channel partners.
∎ Handle key account negotiations and high-value deal closures personally when necessary.
∎ Prepare detailed sales reports for top management including revenue forecasts, sales funnel analysis, and client feedback.
∎ Manage the department's budget, including incentive plans, promotional expenses, and team resources.
∎ The Head of Sales will lead the entire sales division of Rupayan City Uttara, overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of strategic sales initiatives. This role is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of commercial spaces, residential condos, and luxury duplexes, while managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
