Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vast knowledge of Tyre industry’s product
∎ Develop and implement Marketing & Sales plan and strategies of Tyre Sales based on Market Analysis to maximize the market share.
∎ Understand clients need and identify the scope for sales opportunity
∎ Responsible for market expansion & manage the distributor business.
∎ Should be able to co-ordinate with the Sales Team for timely submission of sales plan/forecast/requisite reports & consolidating it at domestic level.
∎ Proper knowledge of product and also team management aiming to achieve monthly or annual target
∎ Ability to go through in details on the Market situation and find out opportunities for new market growth
∎ Play a leading role to conduct thorough market research on local market to find potential buyer and dealer and take Necessary action to convert this potential buyer to satisfied customer.
∎ To Maintain customer database, relationship and liaison with existing as well as prospective corporate customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
