Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market visit, client hunt, create market opportunities & achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the clients and prospects.
∎ Manage and regular follow-up with existing clients and prospects.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analyze business activities.
∎ Visit different organizations/ places for developing business or creating new clients.
∎ Create sales presentations for prospective individual and corporate clients.
∎ Create sales reports and market analyses for sales in charge and top management.
∎ Maintain good relationships with existing clients and adopt policies to hunt for new ones.
∎ Ensure collection of booking money, down payment and installments in time.
∎ Follow-ups, correspondences, and documentation on regular basis with clients.
∎ Being able to have a good idea about land documents, analysis them and be able to explain them to others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
∎ Be an excellent communicator.
∎ Be able to respond well to pressure think creatively.
∎ Be interested in what motivates people.
∎ Expert in Analytical Skill, Report Writing & Presentation, M/S Excell & Word,,
∎ Must be self Motivated, Honest, Sincere & Obedient.
