Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise all construction works by attending to the project during job execution to ensure the work is done on schedule.
Check the details and quality of work to meet the process, specifications, and workmanship standards.
To Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
Prepare sub-contractor’s bill & Ensure that sub- contractor follows the program by providing necessary instructions.
Control project costs by managing resources, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Prepare construction progress report and submit to concerned authority on time.
To Overall Project Management.
