∎ Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, .Net or Microsoft
∎ Dynamics.Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
∎ Certification in ERP systems (E.g SAP Certified, Oracle Certified Professional, ISO9001).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage comprehensive Garments ERP system implementations, focusing on optimizing financial and operational processes.
∎ Utilize project management best practices to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology solutions.
∎ Engage with client stakeholders to understand their business needs, translating these into actionable project plans and objectives.
∎ Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for change management, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption of new systems.
∎ Drive the strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.
∎ Oversee the execution of independent verification and validation activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Measure and monitor progress to ensure that the project meets or exceeds performance targets, addressing issues and risks proactively.
∎ Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on status, risks, and issues. Establish and oversee program performance and reporting, to include development of all presentations.
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and methodologies.
∎ Ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders and executive management. Present findings to management on regular cadence.
