Educational Requirements:
∎ LL.B from any reputed Public / Private University(BRAC, NSU, IUB etc.).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide all types of legal support.
∎ Maintain records of all the deeds and legal docs of interest of the company.
∎ Maintain all legal files in a very professional manner.
∎ Retain legal advisors/solicitors for the legal opinion, cases and drafting of the documents.
∎ Monitor, and to attend court cases either individually or an associate of the Company’s legal advisors.
∎ Assist land/property owners to give them legal support on the issues of the company’s interest.
∎ Arrange necessary for registration of legal docs either at the sub-registry office or on commission.
∎ Maintain computer database for all the deeds & docs to be made in the office.
∎ Drafting of fresh agreements with, customers & other third parties
∎ Follow-up all licenses applicable to business / operations and regular update their expiry date for renewal.
∎ Dealing with land related activities such as land measurement, negotiation, purchase, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, etc.
∎ Providing legal support for corporate governance and business development activities, as well as internal/administrative functions.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have post qualified experience in a professional legal firm.
∎ Should be good in drafting Legal documents both in Bangla and in English.
∎ Should have good analytical skill.
∎ Should have good MS office application skill specially in Ms-Word & Ms-Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
