∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ B. Sc. in EEE form any Public University.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide oversight for the installation and commissioning of MEP works.
∎ Analyze mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering problems & solutions.
∎ Preparation of an overall planning of electrical works of the projects.
∎ Checking of BOQ, MOQ and analysis of prices.
∎ Authorize site expenditures done by the site-engineers.
∎ Determine Electrical related budget and financial requirements.
∎ Conduct weekly meetings on electrical works.
∎ Monitor the program of electrical works weekly.
∎ Draft and submit monthly electrical works progress reports to the Director.
∎ Train site electrical staff monthly.
∎ Purchase electrical materials according to the material schedule.
∎ Prepare Tender & Construction Drawings along with Engineering Design Plans.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
