Job Responsibilities:
∎ To find out retail showroom in suitable location.
∎ To contact with the land lord to know about rent and advance of proposed showroom.
∎ To submit the proposed showroom file to the management for approval.
∎ To make agreement with the land lord between company as per company policy.
∎ To collect ownership document, cv and other relevant papers for the landlord.
∎ Oversee the sales process and new marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
∎ Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
∎ Research and identify new market opportunities.
∎ Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in melamine industry will get preference.
∎ Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills
∎ High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office is a must
