Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ i. Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products to drive sales and market
∎ share growth.
∎ ii. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and
∎ promotional efforts.
∎ iii. Coordinate with sales teams to design and implement promotional campaigns, including doctor visits,
∎ CME programs, and events for healthcare professionals.
∎ iv. Create marketing collateral, such as product brochures, detailing materials, and digital content, to support
∎ sales initiatives.
∎ v. Manage product portfolios, ensuring alignment with I marketing objectives and compliance with local
∎ regulations.
∎ vi. Manage product life cycle from launch to maturity, including re-branding, line extensions, and product
∎ enhancements.
∎ vii. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, chemists, and other
∎ healthcare processionals.
∎ viii. Analyse sales data and market trends to measure product performance and identify opportunities for
∎ growth or improvement.
∎ ix. Monitor competitor activities and market development to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
∎ x. Prepare training materials, presentations, and handouts for workshops and educational sessions
∎ xi. Coordinate training schedules, venues, and resources, ensuring timely communication with trainees and
∎ trainers.
∎ xii. Support manager in delivering training modules on product knowledge, sales techniques, and
∎ regulatory compliance.
∎ xiii. Arrange all kinds of product related packing materials and data as per requirement of Regulatory Bodies.Educational Requirements
∎ M. Pharm/B. Pharm from any recognized University.
∎ Experience Requirements
∎ 3 to 6 years related experience in Pharmaceuticals Company
∎ Additional Job Requirements
∎  Age not exceeding 35 years
∎  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
∎  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎  Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in marketing.
∎  In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory environment.
∎  Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
∎  Willingness to travel as needed for product launches, conferences, and field visits.
∎  A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the evolving field of pharmaceutical
∎ marketing.
∎  Able to work independently and under pressure.
