Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hand on experience on sourcing agro product (Fish, spices, fruits, vegetables, packed food, packaged food) from various sources of district and village level across the country.
∎ Can manage the supply chain source agro product (fish, spices, fruits, vegetables, processed food, sweets, packaged food).
∎ Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.
∎ Engage in strategic analysis, including research into suppliers, markets and product and service categories, to inform and develop commercial strategy and sourcing plans for Non-Food Category
∎ Negotiate with preferred suppliers, drafting contracts and technical schedules for Non-Food Category
∎ Develop and manage contracts with suppliers to meet key performance indicators and agreed targets
∎ Generate Purchase requisitions (MRP run) for Commodities.
∎ Follow-up purchase requisition & purchase order with Procurement officer for commodities.
∎ Monitor Fast moving SKU’s and keeps the team informed on supply and shipment updates
∎ Evaluation / collection of data that will assist the decision-making process on what volumes are required. Monitor redundant, slow and rejected stock in the warehouse and ensure relevant action is taken to dispose it.
∎ Generate STO Vs Delivery Report (on daily basis)
∎ Prepare stock availability Report (On daily Basis)
∎ Contact with Outlet Concerns to know the physical stock status to meet the any types of Urgent Demand.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
