Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to sales Land Share, Plot & Flat
∎ Must have to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target.
∎ Have to knowledge on MS Word, Excel & E-mail.
∎ Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan & report
∎ Find Prospective Clients by field visit.
∎ Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
∎ Collect the required documents from the customer.
∎ Project visits with customer.
∎ Maintain and update customer database.
∎ Prepare monthly sales reports & provide feedback to the supervisor on regular basis.
∎ Maintain good relationships with clients.
