- Have to sales Land Share, Plot & Flat
- Must have to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target.
- Have to knowledge on MS Word, Excel & E-mail.
Responsibilities & Context:
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan & report
Find Prospective Clients by field visit.
Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
Collect the required documents from the customer.
Project visits with customer.
Maintain and update customer database.
Prepare monthly sales reports & provide feedback to the supervisor on regular basis.
Maintain good relationships with clients.
