Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise day-to-day activities of sales team for assigned area and ensure alignment with the business objectives
∎ Communicate and develop strong network with Dealers & Retailers of cement for maintaining long term business relationship
∎ Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors sales volume, campaigns, market share etc. and assist section head regarding the market policy.
∎ Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
∎ Achieve pre-determined sales target to contribute in business revenue.
∎ Identify new clients through introducing business and its facilities proactively in order to maximize revenue for the organization.
∎ Conduct regular visits to outlets in the assigned area to ensure service levels are provided in accordance with the organization’s standards
∎ Prepare day to day sales report and collection report and submit to immediate supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Interpersonal skill to work with a wide variety of people everyday
∎ Expected candidates should have Motor Bike driving skill
∎ Candidates having practical experience in cement industry will get preference
∎ Presentation skill & physical endurance
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point and Email communication
