Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve the quarterly target of acquisition of product;
∎ Maximize company revenue through Inventory and pricing control;
∎ Property hunting through proper channels then MOU signing;
∎ Prepare Revenue Forecast for monthly and quarterly;
∎ Produce reports for market analysis as and when required;
∎ Analysis of the competitors in the competitive set;
∎ Maintaining a pricing strategy to meet Company Management Goals;
∎ Drive Business through the Central Marketing Delivery System;
∎ Managing daily operations of the Product acquisition/MOU ensuring outstanding customer service;
∎ Enforcement of company policies and procedures and proper selling techniques through design to enhance;
∎ Assist of Sales team and Area Operations to the development of the Marketing Plan.
