Job Context:
Sterling Accessories Ltd. is a sister concern of Sterling Group.It is going to recruit Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager-Marketing to Sell Elastic, Drawsting,Twill Tape, Poly Bags, Back Board, Neck Board, Sewing Thread and Care Lebel etc.
Responsibilities:
Must have a good understanding of costing for Elastic, Drawstring, Twill Tape, Poly Bags, and Back/Neck Boards.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote garments accessories products.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Lead the marketing team in achieving sales and promotional targets.
Conduct market research to understand demand, pricing and competition.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders to clients.
Prepare and present marketing and sales reports to senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback promptly.
