Job Context:

Sterling Accessories Ltd. is a sister concern of Sterling Group. It is going to recruit Asst. Manager- (Product Development/ Production) to Sound Knowledge Elastic, Drawsting,Twill Tape, Poly Bags, Back Board, Neck Board, Sewing Thread and Care Lebel etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research & Development.

• Every morning arranged production meeting based on in-hand order scenario.Prepare production & delivery plan with Planning team according to order priority·

• Prepare daily sales target based on monthly sales target.

• Attend pre-production meeting & allocate jobs to subordinates.

• Analyzing daily production reports and finding and solving problems·

• Regularly inspecting finished goods to maintain quality standards and delivery schedule.

• Prepare monthly production budget as per sales requirement and ensure flow of raw materials for regular production process·

• Prepare demand planning.

• PP sample color & quality checking for production approval.

• Making samples based on customer`s quality, color and price target.

• Prepare Monthly Production & Delivery report.Prepare monthly WIP report & wastage report.Controlling of repair and maintenance of production equipment.

• All Import & local Raw Materials Quality & Technical Side checking.

• Controlling of all staff in Production floor for a continuous operation off all the sections of Production process·

• Co-ordinate with merchandisers regarding trims and accessories to be sourced.

• Communicate with top management directly when need any issues arise.

• Attend weekly meetings with all marketing person and Director Sir regarding production and in-hand order status.

• Sound Knowledge of Narrow Fabrics (Crochet, Needle Loom , Drawstring.

• All kind of Ribbon (Satin, Cotton, slit edge, Woven, Rip tape). Sewing Thread, Poly, Back board & Neck Board etc.

• Materials selection for quality and cost control.

• Cost management.

• Buyer development for Business growing.

• Budget control and expense reduction initiatives.

• T/A,Mobile bill,Tour allowance,Medical allowance
