Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets of the land project.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.

  • Facilitate high-value property visits and ensure exceptional client experiences.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Monitor and improve sales quality, reducing cancellations and increasing conversions.

  • Oversee due recovery processes (quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) and ensure timely cheque realization.

  • Analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for top management.

  • Resolve client queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.

  • Drive new customer acquisition and ensure long-term client retention.

  • Promote the company’s brand and uphold its premium image in the market.

  • Mentor and build a high-pe Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
