Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing new sales opportunities & market potentialities to sale land projects.
∎ Take effective regular marketing and sales visits to Public and Private Institutions.
∎ Work in the marketing team as an active member and maintain individual visit to clients followed by ensured sales.
∎ Assist in effective and result-oriented communication and presentations to corporate clients.
∎ Understand the importance of Customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members.
∎ Actively assist in developing a strong communication platform for Nur Homes Ltd. Help develop a quality database of NHL. Also, develop an effective tool for result-oriented follow-ups and sales to NHLs and expatriates.
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate it into the marketing plan/strategy.
∎ Explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to the immediate supervisor.
