Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Shalbon Eco Resort Ltd. is a sister concern of Adi NUR GROUP, which is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now, we are looking for Executive (Sales & Marketing) under the Sales department, The Executive Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves prospecting, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets, and deadlines.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Research prospects and generate leads.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Find prospective clients through door-to-door field visits.

  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone and direct visits.

  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints effectively.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans.

  • Arrange project visits for clients as per requirement.

  • Collect required documents from customers.

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

  • Provide regular feedback to supervisors.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Maintain good relationships with all clients.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
