∎ Master of Law (LLM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the company from the legal point,
∎ Coordinate land-related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and
∎ Non-Govt. organization such as AC Land office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office, Union
∎ Parishad, RAJUK, City Corporation etc.,
∎ To monitor and finalize legal vetting for land purchase and conduct purchase deed
∎ registration, pre-registration and post registration activities.
∎ Dealing with land-related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Ground Rent, mortgage, power of attorney, registration/deed/
∎ agreement/ baina, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from
∎ related Govt. office,
∎ Liaison with settlement office for Map & Record,
∎ Provide legal assistance while dealing with some particular legal tasks, litigations,
∎ contracts, dispute resolution & Co-ordinate with External Lawyers and ensure
∎ successful handling & resolution of pending cases in different courts/ tribunals.
∎ Processing of land purchase & update of land documents.
∎ Drafting all kinds of Deed, Legal Notice, Agreement, Plaint, Written Objection and
∎ other petitions as and when necessary to represent the company.
∎ To understand all land related documents (C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S mutation, deed, via deed,
∎ portion of porcha).
∎ To advise and provide legal opinion on regulatory and legal matters of the company.
∎ To update yearly TAX of all properties,
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable laws necessary for the company.
∎ Any other related duties as assigned by management from time to time
