Education:

Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Textile Engineering from any major subject with strong academic achievements.

Responsibilities & Context:

Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager (Lab Quality Engineer) for Zaber & Zubair Fabrics Limited (Home)

  1. Follow up the sample fabric-making process, regularly ensure the planned delivery date, and ensure the quality of sample fabric as per the buyer`s requirement.
  2. Follow-up on all Physical & Washing testing activities.
  3. Review in-house test reports according to buyer requirements & prepare test requisition forms for third-party testing.
  4. Send sample for third-party testing according to the test agreement & follow-up.
  5. Validating the test results according to the customer`s specified/approved requirements before sending the report to the customer.
  6. Prepare test status summary to share with customers.
  7. Record all data & results in specified form with accuracy & responsibility.
  8. Responsible for preparing process scheme & sharing with those involved in the production process for implementation.
  9. Responsible for failure mood effect analysis (FMEA) & building corrective action plans accordingly
  10. Prepare a proposed technical description of the developing sample to share with customers for approval.
  11. Prepare process schemes
