Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or MBA in Accounting from reputed university.
∎ Partly qualified of CA/ CMA/ ACCA (Experience in reputed Audit Firm).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have knowledge to check & verify source data for preparing accounting entries.
∎ Prepare vouchers and pass all applicable accounting entries in Tally/ ERP System on daily basis.
∎ Manage & Review Billing Processes (Accounts payable/ Receivable) & dispute resolution and settlement of the same.
∎ Prepare all kinds of financial statements & reports that are related to day to day business operations.
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, data Accounts statement (Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & yearly) and requesting disbursement.
∎ Prepare financial statement on monthly and yearly.
∎ Prepare monthly MIS report for Management.
∎ Able to handle internal and external auditor.
∎ Have knowledge on banking and maintain relationship with bank officials.
∎ Have knowledge on product costing and analysis of imported goods.
∎ The candidate will be responsible to ensure VAT, customs duty and tax related works is appropriately deducted, collected and paid over on a timely basis.
∎ Able to work any other tasks are assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Knowledge on ERP Software.
∎ The candidate should also have knowledge on updated local applicable laws and regulations including Tax & VAT.
