Responsibilities & Context:
1.Supply Chain Financing Operations:
Assist in the implementation and management of supply chain finance (SCF) programs with partner banks and vendors.
Process supplier onboarding and documentation for SCF platforms.
Monitor financing transactions, settlement schedules, and interest charges.
2.Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operation of financing solutions and resolve payment-related queries.
Collaborate with Procurement, Commercial, and Accounts Payable teams for accurate information flow.
3.Bank Coordination:
Coordinate with partner banks for SCF-related transactions, documentation, and system issues.
Ensure compliance with bank terms and financing agreements.
4.Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain updated records of all SCF transactions, agreements, and bank correspondences.
Generate periodic reports on SCF utilization, outstanding liabilities, and performance metrics.
5.Compliance & Internal Control:
Ensure adherence to internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support audits and internal reviews related to SCF activities.
6.Process Improvement:
Identify areas for efficiency improvement in SCF processes.
Assist in automating manual reporting and reconciliation procedures.
