Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and sell stone.
∎ Develop a reasonable sales forecast for customers that will enable the Company to reach its profit goals.
∎ Prepare marketing & Promotion Plan & Conduct market Research by collecting market information, Plan & Prepare Branding Strategies & Maintain social Media.
∎ Identify, develop and maintain new and existing customers.
∎ Evaluate bid opportunities to determine the most cost-effective quotation and proposal.
∎ Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
∎ Work closely with operations professionals to ensure customer volume demands can be met in a cost-effective and timely fashion.
∎ Works closely with quality-control professionals to determine the most cost-effective
∎ way to meet product specifications. '
∎ Handle customer questions, issues and concerns and seeks to resolve in the most cost effective and timely way possible.
∎ Prepare timely and accurate reports as requested (Daily, weekly, monthly).
∎ Visit job sites regularly to receive customer feedback and ensure customer needs are being met and provide feedback to production team as to meet customer demand.
∎ Assist with accounts receivable, as necessary, for his customers that are behind on paying invoices.
∎ Have to deal with corporate customers.
∎ Deal with local stone agent/traders.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Target Oriented
∎ Ability to achieved target
∎ Experience in stone sales and those who have experience in cement & tobacco industries will get preference.
∎ Candidate should have ready to drive motorcycle as well as have driving License.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to co-ordinate sales activity internally and externally.
