• Have understanding on Land and Property Related Documentations.
• Have thorough knowledge on Feasibility, Costing, profitability studies on properties both brand new and/or used projects (Secondary Market).
• Should be cunning, wise, outgoing and a hard negotiator.
• Well Groomed and presentable.

• Identifies and searches potential new products like-Flats, Plots, Land & Commercial Spaces etc.

• Creates builds and harnesses Customer Relationships to maintain Retention.

• Must have a thorough knowledge of Govt. and Legal procedures in ownership and title ship of properties owned including Rajuk Rules.

• Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules.

• Must be Creative, Proactive, and Innovative in ideas.

• Can assess total costs of company purchases and Inventories.

• Must be Target oriented.

• Must be able to develop short-term and long-term purchase strategies to compete in the fast-changing Market scenarios and challenges.

• Work as a team to achieve organizational targets.

• Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.

• Manage all relationship communication to owners of properties through effective management of the marketing function.
