- Have understanding on Land and Property Related Documentations.
- Have thorough knowledge on Feasibility, Costing, profitability studies on properties both brand new and/or used projects (Secondary Market).
- Should be cunning, wise, outgoing and a hard negotiator.
- Well Groomed and presentable.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identifies and searches potential new products like-Flats, Plots, Land & Commercial Spaces etc.
Creates builds and harnesses Customer Relationships to maintain Retention.
Must have a thorough knowledge of Govt. and Legal procedures in ownership and title ship of properties owned including Rajuk Rules.
Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules.
Must be Creative, Proactive, and Innovative in ideas.
Can assess total costs of company purchases and Inventories.
Must be Target oriented.
Must be able to develop short-term and long-term purchase strategies to compete in the fast-changing Market scenarios and challenges.
Work as a team to achieve organizational targets.
Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
Manage all relationship communication to owners of properties through effective management of the marketing function.
