Job Context:

∎ Work Shift: Day Shift 08:30:00 AM to 05:30:00 PM (including one hour break); Night Shift 09:00:00 PM to 06:00:00 AM (including one hour break);
∎ Six days working (week off Friday)
∎ OT Facilities: Free Snacks during Overtime
∎ English Proficiency: High Level.
∎ Quality: Positive, active, careful, expression, coordination, execution and compression ability. Should be ready to adhere to Company Culture and Policies.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He has to conduct Security Risk Assessment (SRA) and Threat & Vulnerability Assessment (TVA) of existing & new program areas including factory and outside.
∎ He has to report & manage incidents and prepare of Incident Management Plan, including socialization & test of Crisis Management Plan.
∎ He will be also responsible for guard management, CCTV, ACS management and also maintain a healthy civil-military relationship and professional network with LEAs and other Government stakeholders and Local People.
∎ Ensure the security, safety and well being of all personnel, visitors and the premise.
∎ Protect the company's assets relative to theft,
∎ Monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting suspicious behavior.
∎ Responding to alarms and analyzing security footage.
∎ Investigating suspicious behavior, incidents and security breaches.
∎ Communicating with law enforcement, fire departments and emergency medical personnel.
∎ Monitor & Ensure fire safety management and security of factory premises.
∎ Follow up on factories policies, rules, regulations and procedures as well as train Security Officers and Security Guards time to time;
∎ Capable to mitigate issues like accident, transport problem etc;
∎ To keep the higher authority informed on any incident that may happen time to time;
∎ Ensure that the goods supplied by the outside parties/purchases by SCM, WH are entered inside the l, store department through proper channel and record of which are also maintained properly in the register of the security department.
∎ Any other job related to security assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communications proficiency both in spoken & written English and Bengali;
∎ Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities are required to perform the security tasks;
∎ Working experience in Mobile or Manufacturing Factory or with Indian/ Chinese People will get preference.
