Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To accomplish the target of washing production by ensuring quality in time;
∎ To achieve daily and monthly target according to production planning;
∎ Proper utilization of machine and manpower and ensure chemical dosage based on approved recipe;
∎ Reduce wash cost by analyzing recipe & using washing chemicals in a proper way;
∎ Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources;
∎ According to shipment plan ensure style wise productivity & on time delivery closing;
∎ Ensure the sustainable approaches on washing production by reducing uses of water, chemicals, utilities & other resources & increasing the uses of sustainable tools like ozone, nebulizing system for random/ acid effect, nebu dyeing, spray enzyme, water less enzyme, up & core system, rainforest technology, synthetic stone instead of pumic stone, no stone sheet, softener dry bag etc;
∎ To ensure that average rejection percentage should be below than 0.4% & re-wash % should be below than 6%;
∎ Ensure that Wet Process should run based on the approved SOP;
∎ Ensure/ deliver technical ideas to reduce washing processes by maintaining best quality;
∎ Ensure that monthly & quarterly target is been achieved;
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management pertaining to the safety, quality & efficiency of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Good team player;
∎ Proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard and control pressure;
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new methods/ processes and sharpening existing processes;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire on success;
∎ Self-starter & proactive;
∎ Good communication skill both in English & Bengali.
