Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: Arrow Footwear Ltd. is 100% export oriented fully complied factory. We are looking for well experienced, energetic, positive attitude and skilled person for our Material Control Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring in bound & out bound Goods, warehouse management, safety and security within the warehouse and ensuring proper shipment delivery system.
- Ensuring Proper inventory system. Ensuring minimum stock level.
- Develop and maintain software based system (ERP/Tally) for materials delivery to the production floor according to the production and shipment plan.
- Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking of accessories as per procedure.
- Safe receive, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
- Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
- Maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.
- Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
- Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.
- Ensuring proper system for Chemical purchasing, storing, handling & inventory.
- Deliver finished goods according to delivery schedule; Resolve problems concerning transportation vehicle, loading, unloading labour, logistics systems, imports or exports and customer issues.
- Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
