∎ 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Warehouse Management.
∎ Strong knowledge of cGMP, SAP software & eQMS systems.
∎ Exposure to any regulatory audits such as US FDA, UK MHRA, EU-GMP, ANVISA Brazil & TGA – Australia.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, inventory monitoring, production assistance, and material issuance and transfer through proper documentation following FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) & ensure all the materials & finished goods are always kept in specified condition with appropriate labeling.
∎ Develop and maintain warehouse documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), logbooks, protocols, forms, and other essential records as well as all GxP documents.
∎ Oversee and enforce Good Storage Practices (GSP), ensuring adherence to warehouse standards such as cleanliness, proper segregation, and monitoring of temperature and humidity.
∎ Preparing monthly audit report on company's own and Toll company's raw materials, packing materials based on physically counting basis, if found any variation inform the concern person.
∎ Supervision of special materials like as flammable liquids / solvents, hazardous materials, Narcotic materials, printed packaging materials, rejected materials etc. on periodic basis.

∎ Job responsibilities:
