Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, execute and supervise Trade Marketing campaigns—QPS program, scratch card and loyalty programs, wholesale etc., and retail meets for wholesalers and retailers on a regular basis nationally.
∎ Initiate the development of trading plans—trade promotions, annual business plans, program performance analysis and communication strategies in consultation with the respective Product Line Head.
∎ Develop program as well as communication materials and arrange to distribute them as part of successful commencement of campaigns with a view to connecting the target groups.
∎ Coordinate and engage with sales teams for the execution of regular trade activities.
∎ Implement and evaluate Trade Marketing campaigns and ensure the proper distribution of gifts.
∎ Develop merchandising programs in consultation with Product Line Head and implement them accordingly.
∎ Design, monitor and organize activation programs (to lead the specific brands, SKU or to reactivate the wet market).
∎ Visit the market on a regular basis to ensure all plans are executed properly and communicate with customers and stores about all key initiatives.
∎ Track competitors’ pricing and trade activity and make reports to the supervisor regarding all findings, including results of retail channel analysis and in-depth analysis of competition.
