Experience:
Inbound Calls Handling:
Respond to inquiries from potential buyers, tenants, or investors.
Provide information about real estate projects, pricing, availability, site visits, and amenities.
Outbound Calls:
Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns or property portals.
Call existing or previous clients for new projects, feedback, or referral programs.
Lead Qualification:
Understand the customer’s requirements (budget, location, property type).
Categorize leads based on potential interest and readiness to buy.
Data Entry & Maintenance:
Update lead details in CRM systems or internal databases.
Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up schedules.
Follow-ups:
Schedule and remind prospects about site visits or meetings.
Nurture cold or warm leads over time through regular communication.
Coordination:
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, property bookings, and client meetings.
Assist in arranging transport for site visits, if required.
Campaign Support:
Support marketing campaigns by calling lists generated from ads, events, or property expos.
Customer Support:
Address queries or complaints about existing projects, payments, possession dates, etc.
Redirect more complex issues to relevant departments (legal, finance, CRM, etc.).
Building Rapport:
Build trust and relationships to increase conversion chances.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Daily/Weekly Reporting:
Submit reports on call status, lead conversion, and customer feedback to supervisors.
Share market insights or common customer concerns with marketing/sales teams.
Good communication (English and regional language)
Basic real estate knowledge
Patience and listening skills
Time management and multitasking
Familiarity with CRM software
