Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Inbound Calls Handling:

    • Respond to inquiries from potential buyers, tenants, or investors.

    • Provide information about real estate projects, pricing, availability, site visits, and amenities.

  2. Outbound Calls:

    • Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns or property portals.

    • Call existing or previous clients for new projects, feedback, or referral programs.

  3. Lead Qualification:

    • Understand the customer’s requirements (budget, location, property type).

    • Categorize leads based on potential interest and readiness to buy.


🗂️ Lead Management & CRM

  1. Data Entry & Maintenance:

    • Update lead details in CRM systems or internal databases.

    • Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up schedules.

  2. Follow-ups:

    • Schedule and remind prospects about site visits or meetings.

    • Nurture cold or warm leads over time through regular communication.


🏢 Support for Sales & Marketing

  1. Coordination:

    • Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, property bookings, and client meetings.

    • Assist in arranging transport for site visits, if required.

  2. Campaign Support:

    • Support marketing campaigns by calling lists generated from ads, events, or property expos.


🙋 Customer Service & Relationship Building

  1. Customer Support:

    • Address queries or complaints about existing projects, payments, possession dates, etc.

    • Redirect more complex issues to relevant departments (legal, finance, CRM, etc.).

  2. Building Rapport:

    • Build trust and relationships to increase conversion chances.

    • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.


📊 Reporting & Feedback

  1. Daily/Weekly Reporting:

  • Submit reports on call status, lead conversion, and customer feedback to supervisors.

  • Share market insights or common customer concerns with marketing/sales teams.

  • Good communication (English and regional language)

  • Basic real estate knowledge

  • Patience and listening skills

  • Time management and multitasking

  • Familiarity with CRM software
