∎ Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT/software industry.
∎ Familiarity with technical job roles and the skills required for positions in software development, Software QA, Devops, etc.
∎ Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple priorities and build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
∎ Proficient in the use of recruitment software and social media platforms for recruiting.
∎ Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT/software industry.

∎ Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best technical talent.
∎ Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms, including social media, job boards, and tech forums, to attract qualified candidates.
∎ Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
∎ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide ongoing support.
∎ Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
∎ Stay abreast of the latest trends in tech recruiting and suggest improvements to the recruitment process.
∎ Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
