∎ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide ongoing support.
∎ Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
∎ Stay abreast of the latest trends in tech recruiting and suggest improvements to the recruitment process.
∎ Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
