• Develop and execute end-to-end SCM strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on speed-to-market, cost reduction, and quality assurance.
• Lead demand forecasting and capacity planning for raw materials, trims, and finished goods to ensure production schedules are met.
• Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization, implementation of best practices, and technological integration.
• Manage strategic sourcing of raw materials (fabric, yarn, etc.) and trims, ensuring competitive pricing, high quality, and ethical compliance.
• Negotiate contracts with domestic and international suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers, monitoring their performance against defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role specifically within the Garment/Apparel or Textile manufacturing industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience with ERP and SCM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, custom systems).
