∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Training Institutes

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devising sales & marketing plans for the year.
∎ Initial meeting with different business sector Head of IT/HR/Training like Telecommunication, Banks, Embassy, Group of companies.
∎ Preparing new strategy in order to meet new challenges.
∎ Reporting & analysis regularly.
∎ Identify clients' needs and propose training needs analysis and solutions for them, where required.
∎ Conduct sales presentations, negotiate sales transactions and follow up on business opportunities.
∎ Administer pre-sales and post-sales client relationships and manage account receivables.
∎ Manage prospect database through follow-up calls, updating prospect status and account ownership.
∎ Build a strong customer relationship.
∎ Prospect for new business both through direct efforts and through indirect partner channels.
∎ Maintain and grow existing top-tier customers in Bangladesh and regional markets.
∎ Maintain and exceed set monthly and annual revenue goals and objectives.
∎ Work with clients to understand their business objectives.
∎ Provide feedback on local and regional market conditions and successful sales strategies.
∎ Provide the necessary service required for ongoing customer satisfaction. Identify potential Service Recovery situations and resolve them.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have good knowledge about the IT and IT Enabled Services
∎ Having own transportation such as motorcycle or Vespa is beneficial and advantageous for applicants
∎ Skills : Computer Skill in MS Word, Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Corporate Sales and Marketing
