∎ Job Location: Dhaka Head Office -Sena Kalyan Bhaban- Motijheel, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct & attend meeting with the prospects & Clients.
∎ To visit sites frequently to stay up to date.
∎ To follow up the prospects regularly.
∎ To sell the product efficiently.
∎ Intensive practical knowledge in apartment sales.
∎ Respond and follow up sales inquiries through understanding the prospects requirements.
∎ Willing to take challenge and work in a team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 02 year(s) Real-estate/Developer flat sales sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Only
∎ Real Estate Flat Sales.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate Developer.
∎ Should be smart, well groomed & self-motivated.
∎ Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
