• Should be smart, well groomed & self-motivated

• Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Capability of convincing prospects.

Experience

• Maximum 02-05 year(s) Real-estate/Developer flat/plot sales sector

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Only Real Estate Flat Sales.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate Developer.

Job Location:

• Head Office : Sena Kalyan Bhaban- Motijheel, Dhaka

Responsibilities

• To conduct & attend meeting with the prospects & Clients.

• To visit sites frequently to stay up to date.

• To follow up the prospects regularly.

• To sell the product efficiently.

• Intensive practical knowledge in Flat/apartment sales.

• Respond and follow up sales inquiries through understanding the prospects requirements

• Priority have experience in Face book, Sms, Whatsapp others online Digital Marketing.

• Flat Sales incentive.
