Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.

At least 2 years of experience in real estate.

Proven track record in Apartment &

Commercial Space Sales.Excellent salesmanship and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Generation: Identify, target, and acquire new clients through proactive marketing and networking to build a robust pipeline.

Site Viewings & Promotion: Arrange and conduct property site visits to showcase apartment features, and host open houses to attract potential buyers.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, contract terms, and payment plans, closing deals to meet or exceed monthly/annual revenue goals.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all land transactions comply with legal requirements and collaborate with legal/finance teams.

  • Identify and contact potential apartment buyers (individuals, businesses, investors)

  • Present apartment projects, location advantages, and pricing details

  • Conduct site visits and property tours for clients

  • Explain legal documents, ownership details, and payment plans

  • Negotiate prices and close sales deals

  • Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Coordinate with marketing and legal teams

  • Maintain records of leads, calls, and transactions

  • Convert leads into confirmed sales

  • Deliver a premium client experience to enhance brand loyalty.
