Job Context:
∎ We are the largest joint venture manufacturer in Bangladesh looking for Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing (Corporate).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit prospective and existing clients
∎ Acquire leads for new business
∎ Prepare sales offers and proposals for business clients
∎ Developing, building and nurturing relationships with key contacts of client, Attend customer complaints
∎ Conduct meetings with clients/customer operations regular basis,
∎ Attend Surveys
∎ Coordinate among other business divisions / departments on sales and operation related issues
∎ Identify and develop ideas for new services as the market place demands and new opportunities
∎ Discovering and exploring opportunities.
∎ Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to get along with diverse personalities.
∎ Flexible and able to manage multifaceted projects along with day to day responsibilities
∎ Maintains a positive attitude.
∎ Minimum five years working experience in security firm will be given preference.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
