∎ BBA/MBA/B. Sc. In Textile Engineering from any reputed university

Requirements:

∎ Sales experience in the textile or garment industry, preferably in sewing threads or related products
∎ Strong sales and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
∎ Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and develop the business in the assigned territory by delivering profitable sales growth in accordance with the business plan and potential market.
∎ Manage key accounts by coordinating with customer service, supply chain, and the manufacturing team while keeping urgencies in mind.
∎ Monitor & follow-up customer service and commercial team for debtor management by account’s outstanding reconciliation on regular basis.
∎ Accuracy in forecasting for existing and upcoming materials, as well as integration with supply chain capabilities.
∎ Gather market intelligence & analyze the report with stakeholders for strategic planning.
∎ Coordinate with marketing team to develop & cultivate business relationship with local & international brands.
∎ Develop a new customer base and maintain positive relationships in order to gain market share from competitors.
∎ Take continuous initiatives to ensure the sustainable business growth in assigned territory.
