∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ 02 -03 years of real estate experienced in Sales.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Select potential prospect and calling them about deal and receiving feedback.
∎ Create new prospect from different sources.
∎ Daily meeting with team leader about problem solving and product knowledge.
∎ Daily client follows up for new generation.
∎ Daily Client update in CRM software.
∎ Attend sales calls and visits potential prospect frequently/regularly.
∎ Prepare Daily works schedule & daily works report and follow up to customer’s regular basis as decided by the Team Leader.
∎ Achieve the monthly sales target.
∎ Conduct a market survey.
∎ Maintain a close coordination with team member.
∎ Proper documentation of all of necessary paper related to sales and marketing.
∎ Assist Supervisor in any kind of organizational aspects (if Needed).
∎ Maintain good relationship with all prospects & call all prospects and all clients minimum, once in a month.
∎ Council with Team Leader regarding call & visit to prospect daily basis.
∎ Without Team Leader Concern no one will not go anywhere outside of the office.
